M. HADDAD & SONS CO. was founded by the late MUDIEB MOUSA HADDAD who was one of the early pioneer industrials of this country. In 1973, he established M. HADDAD & SONS CO. that specialized in the production and sale of toiletries, cosmetics, potato, corn chips, and pellets.

He began his long struggle in this field with a lot of hard work and steadfast belief in the future of the country. The late Mudieb Haddad was born in Nuaymeh (next to Al-Hosson) in northern Jordan in 1917 and died in Zarka in 1984, leaving behind a huge, industrial monument built and shaped through a long struggle of hard work over the years.

M. HADDAD & SONS CO. became one of the leading companies in its field. Working under license with groups of American, British and French companies implementing the highest international standards with Colgate Palmolive, Mennen, L'Oreal, Depol and others.

Accomplishing great success over the years with substantial increase in the range of products and in its sales volume. The company became a market leader through strategic distribution and marketing efforts in local and international markets.

In 1983, M. HADDAD & SONS CO. expanded by adding a new snack food division which included three lines for the production of potato chips, extruded corn chips and pellet snacks. The snack food division produces according to the highest standards under complete supervision of highly qualified quality control department equipped with modern testing labs.

Today, M. HADDAD & SONS CO. is a global manufacturing and distribution company, tightly focused on snack foods, personal care, oral care, household surface care, and fabric care. The company distributes its products, along with their license partners, in Jordan, throughout the Middle East and around the world, under such internationally recognized brand names such as Mr. Chips, Colgate Palmolive, Mennen, Protex, Ajax, Soupline, Frescal, Mylene Optima, Pure White, as well as Rainbow.
